Ingredients

  • Rice..2cups


  • Fresh Pomegranate seeds..1/4cups


  • Chopped apple..1


  • Whole cashews..5


  • Whole almonds..5


  • Raisin..2tsp


  • Walnut..4pcs


  • Grated fresh coconut..2tsp


  • Sliced fresh coconut..5pcs


  • Jeera..1tsp


  • Sliced onion..1


  • Red chilli..1/2tsp


  • Turmeric..1/4tsp


  • cloves..2 pcs


  • Cinnamon stick..1


  • Nutmeg powder..2pinch


  • Oil..4tsp

Directions

  • Take a rice washed and soaked at 30inutes.
  • Take a wok add 2 tbs oil ,then oil heat add whole dry fruits fried and keep a side
  • Take a whole garam masala crushed and keep a side.
  • Take a wok add 2 tsp oil,then oil r heat add jeera crackle then add sliced onion saute add all masala and rice saute.
  • Then add water and all fried dry fruits then covered.
  • After 10 minutes kashmiri pulao r ready.
  • Then mix fresh apple pcs and fresh pomegranate seeds and grated covonut.
  • Serve hot ksshmiri pulao ,garnish fresh coconut sliced.
